Ajaz Ahmed brings more than 35 years of distinguished experience in construction management, with extensive expertise overseeing all phases of construction and development — from pre-construction planning through final project close-out. Known for his results-driven leadership and hands-on approach, Mr. Ahmed has successfully managed a wide range of residential, commercial, renovation, and rehabilitation projects throughout New York and New Jersey.
Throughout his career, Mr. Ahmed has earned a strong reputation for delivering complex, multi-million-dollar projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance. His experience includes managing exterior and interior renovations, contract compliance, construction operations, performance oversight, safety implementation, and the negotiation and execution of change orders. His commitment to professionalism, efficiency, and client satisfaction has consistently contributed to the successful completion of numerous construction projects across the region

Abdul Rahman Ahmed is an accomplished construction professional with over a decade of experience in residential and commercial project management. Since 2010, he has played a key leadership role in overseeing project execution, regulatory compliance, subcontractor coordination, and field operations.
He brings a strong foundation in engineering, financial discipline, and construction management strategy, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and in strict accordance with approved plans and municipal regulations.
